I was very happy with the service I received at BMR Roseville. Fast, Friendly and professional.

First time using the facility. Extremely friendly and polite service writer at the front desk. A mechanic was also present at check in to talk with and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The shop completed my work request ahead of schedule. I felt more confident leaving my vehicle with BMR NAPA Auto Care than with the dealership at the automall. I like the idea of being able to view the shop activities from a secured area behind rails. My only feedback is that the service tech needs to clean and remove all the finger prints and oil/grease smudges from the outside of the vehicle, especially since ours was all black with chrome trim. The car went in clean and came out messed up from touching the surfaces with dirty hands. Solve that issue and coach the tech and you've got a 10 score and a five star rating. Overall, I was very pleased with the results and service and would highly consider returning with the same car or perhaps another one of mine for service and or repair. Thank for providing a great go to place for work and making me feel confident all will be done right the first time.

I felt complete confidence in taking my car here for it's scheduled maintenance. I can't say I have ever been confidant going to a dealership. For most all the years I have been driving (62), I did my own oil/filter changes & tune-ups (before cars turned into rolling computers), but now that I have reached this point in my life, I am really glad to have found a shop that cares about doing things correctly & without a rip-off price. Even the ladies in the front office seem to understand car maintenance better than most people.

Always professional and have piece of mind that the job will be done right. Aways, compare cost of BMR with Toyota Dealer and have found BMR to be less cost for repairs than dealers. My opinion is that Bill takes pride in providing honest and exceptional service.
