We took our 2004 Toyota Tundra to BMR this morning without an appointment because the tailgate was stuck and after trying everything Google suggested we could not get it unstuck ourselves. We were helped immediately by Tracy who said she would see if she could work some "magic" on it, and she certainly did! Ten minutes later our tailgate was working again, nicely lubricated, and ready to go. Even more incredible is when I asked how much we owed them, she didn't charge for the repair. Wow. We will be bringing our vehicles back to BMR for service in the future!
