Upon arriving at BMR in Roseville for the first time, I was anxious. However, the front desk clerk was pleasant and understanding, which contributed to my ease. After I was asked about what was going wrong with my vehicle and told the desk clerk (front break problems), I signed a diagnostic form and was told I could hang out; however, I had a ride to take me home. BMR-Roseville, took my car immediately and started testing the breaks, as I was waiting outside for my ride to arrive. The front desk clerk called me shortly thereafter, to explain what was going on and what was done to rectify the problem. The experience was positive and I trust BMR-Roseville, completely.
