Great service. Very customers oriented.

I have had a problem with my truck pulling to the right for over a year. I have taken it to two other shops and had the front end aligned three times with no change. I called BMR and they got me in the same day. The Tech listened to what I had to say about my problem. After he had worked on my truck, it now goes straight down the road. I am extremely happy with the friendly personnel and service I received.

Very pleasent employees went above and beyond what was expected very professional yet friendly welcoming environment ..... only criticism is I do not like phone trees I like it better when I call and get an actual person to answer my call right off the bat.

Friendly competent shop not afraid to work on your classic or modified vehicle.When you have a non stock classic, it is nice to have a great shop like this in the neighborhood that apparently can do anything. And at a reasonable price.
