Excellent job on my alignment, great staff and mechanic was awesome, he did exactly what I asked of him and provided great explanation and advice.

BMR Napa Auto Care is the best! I felt my 2002 Honda Odyssey was running rough and was need new spark plugs and wires. I took it to BMR Napa Auto Care in Roseville on Riverside Ave. After a short wait, the technician came out with a spark plug in hand. "You don't need new plugs or wires. That thing is running clean and it looks really good." He did discover a broken motor mount. He saved me a few hundred dollars on spark plug and wire replacement. The staff at BMR Napa Auto Care in Roseville is honest, helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain what needs to be done or in this case, what didn't need to be done! I took my Corvette in as well to read a check engine light which was evap related. Recommended a gas cap. Reset the light. Recommended I drive it 60 or 80 miles before smog testing. It passed! Reasonable fess combined with great customer service....can't beat it and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love this place! A very nice group of people who are professional and i trust them. That is important to meand i'm sure everyone else too!They kept me in the loop as my car was being serviced and that was appreciated as well! The customer service people at the counter were tops! My wife and I had the best experience here. We had a 2006 Tacoma pre-purchase inspection, and Mike was incredible. He took the time to investigate every square inch of it, and gave us the complete picture. We also talked about our reasons for wanting to buy it, and his expertise exposed the flaws in our logic. We didn't buy the truck, but the knowledge gained is worth every penny of what we paid for the inspection. They gave us a 10% discount because of the wait we had, but I'm a firm believer in taking the time to do the job right, so we didn't mind the wait, and appreciated the gesture.
