I was in a hurry to drop my car off and planned to come back later. The gal at the desk was so understanding, accommodating and gracious. Honestly, I never think much about an oil change, but this experience was special.

I've had such great experiences here for oil changes and services in my 2009 Ford Flex. I'm Just about to turn over 100K and took it in for an oil change and service. What a pleasure to return within the hour to find everything ready to roll. They never try to sell you a new filter unless you NEED one. They are honest, take great care of us and our car and are where will tell all our friends to go.

Gosh, Joe (the service writer), was so patient with me as we were trying to diagnose the noise that only I could hear. Joe, the tech, was just as patient and both were very concerned in trying to find the problem. And at last the problem was heard and diagnose was made! I have in the past recommended my friends and family and I will continue to do so. I will never take my car anywhere else other than BMR Napa Auto Care.
