Very trustworthy auto shop that provides excellent service for a fair price. Friendly folks that actually answer the phone. Robert(your service advisor) is the best in the business. I have been taking our three cars to BMR for 5 years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their work.

I have gone to Napa Autocare Center for the last few years. They are always professional and friendly and the shops (both Roseville and Antelope locations) are comfortable if you choose to wait for your vehicle.

My first visit. Alan is one of the most knowledgable persons I know. If I had known he was working there I would have been a customer before now.

I needed to get a pre-inspection before purchasing a vehicle and they were able to fit me in right away. Very friendly and nice staff, facility was clean and smelled great. The professionalism is above the rest not to mention the honesty. After work had been completed on my vehicle I received a call from Alan at the Roseville store and said that I was overcharged and would like to refund some money back to me. BMR NAPA Roseville is the best place to bring your Vehicle. They treat you with respect, they are genuinely interested in doing what is right for their customer. Allen has always been top notch to work with. I won't go anywhere else now.

Wow awesome!!! Brought my car in today for a regular oil change for the first time. The place looks very upper scale or for industrial/commercial business. The staffs treated me nice and the price is very reasonable! Highly recommended!
