We arrived a few minutes before our appointed time, we were greeted and checked in. We explained the issue and they would make the diagnosis and let use know. They gave use the diagnoses and gave us the options. We chose to have it done now and would wait for it. The completed the work needed about an hour early. They explained what they did, we excepted and paid. We also asked for an estimate on another issue, and it came in a lot less than what we were figuring. Thank you!!

My wife informed me she had a n oil light on in her car. I checked the oil and it was low, this if very unusual for a Subaru. I called BMR and they got me in the next day. They found the oil leak, did a comprehensive check on the car and informed me of the conditions and their recommendations. BMR fixed the leaking valve cover, replaced the breaks and replaced the windshield wipers and the car was ready when promised.

The service can't be beat (you're treated like a VIP), the prices are the same as Wal-Mart, and the work is of the highest quality.

I tried to fix my Moms 2001 VW beetle but just made the problem worse! I took the car into BMR Napa Auto Car center and explained the complex problem. After evaluating the car, the technician fixed everything by installing a VW preferred part. The car is running great now . I will definitely take it back for problems or routine auto care. I was happy to find someone who knows about old VWs!!! Thank you! Patti

The BMR team is always friendly and helpful. They do excellent work. I have taken my automobiles there for service over several years. I would highly recommend them for ongoing maintenance of your automobile.
