I tried to fix my Moms 2001 VW beetle but just made the problem worse! I took the car into BMR Napa Auto Car center and explained the complex problem. After evaluating the car, the technician fixed everything by installing a VW preferred part. The car is running great now . I will definitely take it back for problems or routine auto care. Both of the young ladies who worked with me this morning were GREAT! They were professional and easy to talk with and set me at ease. Chris the Front end mechanic did a road test and found 1 of the problems. I will bring it back to have the front end aligned. I felt relaxed and I didn't feel the anxiety at your shop, like I have at the Dealership futere Ford at Madison! I also will have you shop do a tune up and change out the Serpentine belt. I'm at 77,000 miles so it needs to be changed. I have some other work to be done on the Car and I have full trust in your mechanics that they will do it correctly the first time and I don't have to worry taking my Explorer on a long trip.
