This is hands down best service center I have been to I am a retired GM worker from Fremont Fremont I was impressed from the moment I walked in but the service was absolutely great and I was very pleased by the work done to my vehicle I used to live in San Jose area and I've had gone to many shops and also have friends with shops they're pricing is very compatible to everyone else but and else but the work is much better The young lady on the counter was Very polite and very knowledgeable in her work Thank you BMR for the great service

Wow I was completely blown away by how how awesome this Experience I had from when I 1st walked in being a retiree Irene from the General Motors in Fremont and also working for new United motors the og and plant as well All my years working in the auto industry I have never seen such a great placeI could not wait to start texting all my call workers from both General Motors and United motors so 1st so that can come out to see This shop took some great photos for them to see now I have at least 6 friends from Bay area who are wanting to come sometime soon BMR Will be my place for auto care thank you for the great serviceAnd thank you so much Sharayah Who was working at the counter it was a great pleasure chatting with her she's It's very knowledgeable in her work but also a great host She gave me such a warm welcome I would not expect in most auto stores I never knew Napa had such a shop like this Again thank you and thank you again again for the great service we were very happy with our vehicle we are gone

Wow! Stopped by midday without making an appointment. I thought I would be leaving the car with them over the weekend. They had resolved the issue within a couple of hours, at a great price. There staff are all professional and friendly and I would recommend BMR Racing for all repairs.

I feel confident in the service. I scheduled a tune-up but then added on other repairs and upkeep items. I feel the price was reasonable and I especially felt heard and understood by the service representative, Chris.
