Their mechanic, Joe, was very willing to explain the situation with my engine and offer advice. Chris, my main representative was responsive and also very forthcoming in my options. WoW! I stopped by late afternoon without an appointment. Of course, BMR was unable to work on my vehicle at that time. They did however, check my battery and determined that was good. I left my vehicle overnight and early the following morning BMR determined what the issue was, making the repair quickly and fairly priced. I want to thank BMR for taking the car without an appointment and a special thank you to Terry for driving me home on that hot afternoon. Wonderful people providing great service. Yes, I will return even for routine maintenance. Thank you for a job well done and Thank You Terry!
