Took older car in for a diagnosis of noise and vibration, a perfect opportunity for an unethical shop to run up recommended services. They did not do this, they referred out exhaust work they did not do and honestly stated that the other issue was not fixable. The muffler shop they recommended was also excellent.

Took my ‘06 M3 E46 in for service and Customer Care was great. The cost was also great. I recommend BMR to everyone. This is a real review no BS.

Great service done in a friendly and timely manner, unfortunately the problem attempted to be fixed has not been solved. I do not blame the shop for this as this was my idea to swap these particular parts, not their idea. Just frustrating that noises coming from the suspension are being very difficult to locate and still persisting.
