I came in with a radiator fan that would not shut off even after the engine was off. This was literally as they were locking the doors. The manager lent me a wrench to pull the battery teminal so I could shut it off when I got home. I came in the next business and they were able to replace two burnt out relays and I was back in business. These guys really know how to treat customers. I have been going to them for almost 20 years now with 3 different vehicles and will continue to be a loyal cutomer.

The front end alignment was the repair. I made an appointment, and the technician was on it according to the appointment. When finished, the technician explained the repair and any additional issues that needed repair. The cost of the alignment was fair. I will use BMR Roseville again.

The process was simple, the people were friendly and helpful, and the price was fair. I will definitely be going back for future repair needs!
