some years ago, I brought my brother pickup truck for a very annoying problem: the battery kept dying. I was amazed at their honestly. They told me the problem and I repaired it myself. On a second occasion returned with the same truck. There was a very annoying chimney in the front that I was told by another shop and was told it would be very expensive to repair. Again took the truck to the Antelope location and it was repaired for $200. It turned out to be the front brakes. From this experience when it was my truck, I decided to take my truck to the Roseville location and have it checked. They went through it and told me everything that was wrong and had it repaired there. My 2003 Ford Explorer feels like a new truck. As a result I am planning to keep the truck. I have a 2008 Ford Focus that I will take there and have it checked also. Their honesty is worth my business and I trust them completely. I will tell anyone and recommend them 100%

BMR provided the service, I needed, at a very reasonable price. Their shop is very clean. If I am not able to work on my vehicles, BMR is the only shop, I trust.

I took my Contour in for an oil change. The technician noted that the water pump was failing. BMR had replaced the water pump the previous year. They checked their records and informed me that it was still under warranty, so, would I like them to replace it right then, or make an appointment to bring it back. I was amazed and ecstatic that they would go to this much effort. I made an appointment, brought the car back, they installed a new water pump, and the total out-the-door was zero! Thank You BMR. Another reason that I won't take my car anywhere else!!!
