OMG! I received such wonderful customer service previously that I drove 17 miles out of my way to have car serviced again. I was particularly impressed by the young woman who waited on me at the counter. She explained in detail what she thought the problem was and I was satisfied with her thoroughness. Later, it turned out that I needed brakes. I couldn't remember the last time that I got brakes, so I had new ones put on. I decided to wait in their comfortable waiting room and read my book. She stopped by to let me know the status of my repair. It will now be my GO TO service organization from now on.
