This is the first time that I have had my car serviced at you location. The gentleman at the counter was both professional and thorough. I will definitely be back again.

Check engine light - "leave it and we'll get to it in the morning" Diagnosed first thing in the morning, phone approval, pick up late afternoon. All good.

We have taken our classic cars to both BMR locations, we love working with Robert at the Antelope location. His communication skills are outstanding and you can trust what he says. Work on our vehicle was outstanding and they stand behind the work they do. You can't ask for more.

Saturday afternoon , no air conditioning , a 2002 clunker . . and I'm in and out of there in a little over an hour . . that's pretty damn good !!

I always appreciate being called if anything additional is being recommended for my vehicle. I’m confident that the work being done is completed thoroughly and competently.

My appointment was for 7am on Monday morning. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was happy to see the shop was already open. I was concerned my car was too low to go on the rack. The counter person was confident it wouldn't be a problem....and it wasn't. The shop, the waiting area, the restrooms and the display area were VERY clean. The entire experience was beyond my expectations.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I like the fact that there are no hidden fees, you get all the bad news at once! I am kidding about the bad news. When your vehicle leaves the shop everything is fixed correctly, I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility as well, thanks for a great job!
