The counter staff, Donna was excellent. Took my information, my keys and directed me to the waiting area advising me of complimentary coffee. The facility is clean and well run. I saw Bill the owner, out in the shop looking over the morning cars being worked on too. While I waited an older gentleman, must have been a regular, came in. Donna greets him by name and listened to his concerns. She reassured him and advised him how and when the service light would reset itself. He left happy and said see ya tomorrow for my scheduled work. Was nice to see such great customer service. They found a brake light out on my car during the 31 point inspection, surprised it was less than $15 to replace. Made me very happy. When I got in my car there was a nice thank you, an air freshener if I choose to use it and a reminder of when I need my next oil change. I was very happy with the whole experience and will certainly be back.
