Excellent service

Had to have oil change done, and all the extras BMR provides. Wait time was less than one hour, and comfortable chairs were available with drinks and snacks available to purchase. It was interesting to investigate a bit and see all the racing cars and lots of new engines on display through glass windows. This place is immense and the bays service quite a few vehicles at a time.

I had squeaky breaks, they scheduled me promptly, took care of the problem efficiently all while being friendly and courteous.

I was impressed with this auto shop. The first time I took my car in they werent able to figure out what was wrong and didnt charge me the diagnostic fee. So when I brought it back in. The tech worked tirelessly to figure out what was going on with my car.

Thank you for the rapid response, for our car being towed to you and getting it in and out in a very timely manner.

Joe always does his best work on my Ram truck, maybe because he owns one himself, lol He always goes beyond to find the hard problems to find.

As usual top flight service. Their attention to detail is why I only let them service my Corvette.
