The people who work the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a 4 wheel alignment and asked if they could check something else also. The alignment was done and they checked the additional item that I had a concern with. All of this was done in a short time. I'd definitely recommend this company to do automotive repair.

Very knowledgeable tech was able to identify and fix the problem quickly

Thought I threw the BMR crew a curveball this time, boy was I wrong! My 2000 C5 Corvette passenger side door handle decided to stop working on date night! Had to open the door from the inside to get my Bride out of the car. Simple fix right? Nope, small plastic part failure that turned out to be made of unobtainium! Undaunted, team BMR located an after market manufacturer even after being told the part was no longer made. The C5 had to hang out with Chris and Joe over the weekend but was back home Monday afternoon! Bravo team BMR!
