My wife and I are in the market for a used pickup truck and we found one that we like and wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done. Chris, the manager, was so accommodating and got us in next day at 9:00 AM. The seller was so impressed with the operation that he is going to have all of his cars serviced and repaired at BMR NAPA auto care! Oh, and we purchased the truck too! I visited town, and my car had a problem. I called and visited several auto shops where can take my car in a day or two, but it was very hard to find it. BMR was very nice and kind, they listened to my story and tried to fix as soon as possible. The price was lower than the dealership, and much faster than I expected. I really appreciated what they have done.

Chris and his crew are top shelf,it is very rare now a days to find honest mechanics. As a previous service writer for two different shops I have seen what kind of service is out there. You can rest assured that you are in good hands with Chris and his team. There is no worrying about if the job is go to be done correctly or if your going to have a huge unexpected bill because they are very good at communicating opportunities and giving multiple options to handle the situation. I had a misfire in cylinder 3, Chris replaced the coil pack and that didn’t fix the issue so he only charged for the part. He also decarbonized one of my valves on the back side twice and didn’t charge me a dime. CUSTOMER4LIFE! Can’t beat their 12 or 24 month 12,000 or 24,000 mile warranty I can’t remember off the top of my head. Amazing Shop, you can drop off your car and forget about the problem these guys have your back.

Bill & the front desk associate were both super nice kind and thorough ! Went in for 2 diagnostics on my older vehicle to get an idea wether to buy sell fix or both & im glad i went here. I feel a lot more confident about what to do in that situation now, knowing exactly whats going on with the vehicle. Its very sentimental to me, so i appreciated knowing that it seems to be just so small maintenance needed and will be fixing and holding onto for more good times and a later future investment. First time there and i feel confident that i trust this place to know what theyre doing. Theyve been in successful business for decades so i knew itd be the best place for my situation.
