I have been served by the professionals at BMR this year when my A/C condenser needed replacement. Now I have had a dx. of a cracked thermostat housing that led to a coolant/antifreeze leak quite unexpected. I have realized since losing my mechanic of 30 years at a shop in San Carlos, how vital it is to have a dedicated team to help when vehicular emergencies occur affecting livelihood, mobility, and independence. I am grateful to have the BMR team maintain my 2007 Volvo XC70. Their work is superb, trustworthy, and reasonable in this difficult economy.

Service was great and on time. Staff was courteous and efficient.

Zoe and the rest of the staff were so helpful, including being welcomed by the owner, Bill. I did not have an appointment, but they asked if I could return in a couple hours. They gave me an estimate for the service I was requesting and they took my car in at the appointed time. They were efficient, kind and honest! The actual cost was less than the bid and they ordered a couple small parts (light bulbs) which they said they could install when they arrived. Clean facility to wait in with WiFi so I am a satisfied customer!
