Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is fixed which should be what matters. I was not happy with the initial installation of replacement house batteries on my Revel RV. Chris Nelly went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having and fix the repair in a very short amount of time with no backlash to me. I really appreciate the service that I received here at Napa in Antelope. If this is how they treat visitors from out of town, I can say that they would treat everyone with the same great service.
