I took my Contour in for an oil change. The technician noted that the water pump was failing. BMR had replaced the water pump the previous year. They checked their records and informed me that it was still under warranty, so, would I like them to replace it right then, or make an appointment to bring it back. I was amazed and ecstatic that they would go to this much effort. I made an appointment, brought the car back, they installed a new water pump, and the total out-the-door was zero! Thank You BMR. Another reason that I won't take my car anywhere else!!!
