BMR has been my "go to" repair facility since they opened in 2005. They have always treated me fairly. I can only recall one time when a repair failed shortly after picking up the car. It was a faulty part, not a failure due to installation. They did the work a second time at no charge. I trust them, and trusting the facility that maintains the vehicle you drive day-in and day-out is important.

Robert and crew did a great job on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. The front end parts (ball joints/ u joints) were still under warranty and they fixed the play in them. Recommend BMR highly!

Robert was accomodating with schedualing the mechanic I'm familiar with to meet my auto needs. Chris took care of my little rv and explained possible future needs.
