BMR did a great job on my 1990 Jetta did a big tranny job I supplied them with the parts and they install it my car feels amazing now . First time coming here's they also gave me 10% off the labor cost.I'll be coming again more joe was a friendly guy did good !

Always great and friendly service at price that is quite reasonable. The staff is always very helpful and there is never any sales job to get additional work. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at BMR

I've had nothing but great experiences each time I have visited BMR NAPA at this location. The service advisors are courteous and very knowledgeable and the work performed on my SUV has always been first rate in every respect. I have called ahead for service appointments on two occasions and the work on the truck was completed when promised. Could not ask for more. I had a long standing alignment issue with the truck, nothing serious, but it was creating uneven tire wear on the front tires. BMR solved the alignment issue for me on the first go-around and for the past two years all has been perfect. I've never had to bring a vehicle back to BMR that wasn't fixed properly on the initial visit. They honor their quotes on the work and have never performed work that wasn't needed.

I've used this shop for six or seven years. They are always highly professional and thorough, yet friendly too. The service is premium and the price is good for my budget. I think these folks really like automobiles; and they know how important vehicles are to their owners. I think my vehicles get treated with a lot of respect there. And I do too. What goes around comes around.

I've had such great experiences here for oil changes and services in my 2009 Ford Flex. I'm Just about to turn over 100K and took it in for an oil change and service. What a pleasure to return within the hour to find everything ready to roll. They never try to sell you a new filter unless you NEED one. They are honest, take great care of us and our car and are where will tell all our friends to go.

Robert did a great job keeping me informed, explaining things, and making my business seem important. Everyone who works there seem like genuinely nice people. I left with a air freshener, a thank you letter, and a sense that my vehicle was repaired correctly. Class act!

Went for an oil change. Take way too long. Probably would not have had it done if had been told upfront it would take well over an hour (almost 2). However, everyone was very nice and they did a good job.

I like this place. They were upfront and set expectations well. I brought in my 2001 Hyundai Tiburon with power steering and transmission leaks and an underperforming a/c. They were able to take care of the power steering and a/c issues and were clear about their suggestions for the transmission. It could simply be a seal or something a lot more expensive to diagnose and fix. I elected to go with the seal replacement. Unfortunately the trani leak has returned but I was aware it could and am ok with that since I was aware it could return.

My girlfriend was going to take her car back to the steeler to get her 30k mile service done. I told her to find out exactly what the dealer was going to do and call BMR. Well the dealer was going to charge a little under $500. BMR serviced the car and did the exact 30 something point inspection and found that the car didn't need as much work as the dealer suggested. So she was out of there in a hour and less than $100. WOW! Honesty! She came back ecstatic! Who gets ecstatic when taking their car to get serviced? New customers for life!
