Cathy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, she thought the truck might take longer than expected with some additional work but managed to get it finished as I needed the truck early the next day. It was such a relief finding BMR. First it is very clean with a comfortable waiting area. The work is performed in a timely manner with no pressure to have more work done than what is actually needed. And their prices are very reasonable. So now I never have to worry about my car.
